Confirmation of Application
Once your application is submitted, our Admissions team will reach out by phone or email within two business days to confirm we’ve received it and to answer any immediate questions.

We’ll review your application to ensure you meet program requirements. If everything looks good, we’ll invite you to the next step — a personal admissions interview.

Your interview is a relaxed, one-on-one conversation with a member of our Admissions team — usually conducted by phone or during your campus visit.

Requirements
Enrollment Requirements:
To enroll at Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of program start.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
All applicants participate in a brief admissions interview as part of the enrollment process.
Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to successfully complete the program.
Applicants who do not meet standard entry requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account prior education, work experience, and life skills.
Our Admissions team is happy to review your individual situation and answer any questions.
Undergraduate Diploma Requirements:
– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement
– If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.
– All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.
– Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case by case basis by the Academic Director. Consideration will be given to those with appropriate and evidenced previous academic history, prior work experience and life skills experience.
