Jean Madeline Institute offers premier beauty education across three locations: Queen Village, University City, and Neshaminy Mall. We provide hands-on training in cosmetology, esthetics, nails, and teacher education.
Our campuses are designed to give students real-world experience in a salon and spa setting, working with guests while learning from licensed instructors. Using modern techniques, students graduate prepared for successful careers in the beauty industry.

1250 hours of hands-on cosmetology training. At Jean Madeline Institute, our Cosmetology Program is designed to help future beauty professionals build technical skill, creative confidence, and the guest-service mindset needed to succeed in the beauty industry. Through hands-on training, theory, and practical experience, students develop a well-rounded foundation in hair, skin, nail care, and makeup while preparing for licensure and professional success
Train for a career as a licensed esthetician with hands-on experience in facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup, and advanced skincare techniques. At Jean Madeline Institute, students learn through both theory and real client services in our student spa.
Train to become a licensed cosmetology instructor with our 500-hour teacher training program. Available full-time or part-time, this course prepares experienced cosmetologists for state board licensure and careers in beauty education, including teaching hair, makeup, and skincare.
Train for a career as a licensed nail technician with hands-on education in nail care, enhancements, and professional client services. At Jean Madeline Institute, our nail program prepares students for careers in salons, spas, or as independent nail artists in today’s growing beauty industry.

Tuition & Fees
This new plan is designed to reduce the average cost of a Make School Education while preserving the core protections of ISAs – if you don’t have a job after Make School, you should not have to pay until you are employed.
